USA – Popeyes and Chik-Fil-A have been going back and forth the entire week with who’s got the best chicken sandwich just after popeyes announced the new menu items. Now in a weird turn of events Popeye Chicken says they are done selling chicken sandwiches (for now).
The company released a short gif video of how popular and overcome they have been with the sale of the new sandwich. One of the photos in the video shows, “SOLD OUT” but the video also talks about downloading the app to find out when the sandwich is available again.
The big question is did they actually run out of the chicken or is this another ploy to get people to download the app?
