Mildred (Thomas) Conrad, 87, of Circleville, died Oct. 11, 2015, at Pickaway Manor.
She was born on Oct. 11, 1928, in Cedarville, the daughter of Charles and Lucinda (Caskey) Thomas.
She was a member of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church and a Red Cross volunteer.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Keith Conrad; and brother, Kenneth Thomas.
She is survived by her sons, Tod (Millie) Conrad and Hal (Cindy) Conrad, both of Circleville; three grandchildren, Andy, Kelly and Jenny; brother, David (Patty) Thomas; and sisters, Jean Steeley and Barbara (Walter) Smithson.
Funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday Oct. 15, 2015, at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
