Clarabelle Carter

Clarabelle Carter, age 83, of Grove City, a loving and devoted wife, caring and passionate mother, proud and playful grandmother and great-grandmother and a fun-loving sister, went back into the arms of her husband and entered the Gates of Heaven on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015.

She was born Nov. 12, 1931, at the Hartman Farm.

She attended Grove City Church of the Nazarene and retired from Bob Evans corporate headquarters.

She was preceded in death by loving husband, Jack Carter; parents, Forest “Shorty” and Marvene Rinehart; and son-in-law, Bradley Malloy.

She is survived by children, Debbie (Chuck) Lemke, Craig (Carol) Carter, Donna (Gordon) Wright, Cindy Malloy aka “George” and Jonathan Todd Carter. Cherished by grandchildren, Jason Carter, Chad Sullivan, Heather Church, Jerad (Rachael) Carter, Kelly (Andy) Thompson, Brooke (David) Neal, Nicholas Wright, Christopher Wright, Kimberly (Manuel) Turcios, Mallory Floyd, Christopher Malloy and Alayna Carter. Will be truly missed by great-grandkids, Hayley Carter, Charlotte “Charly” and Brody Thompson, Ayden, Mason and Braxton Neal; sister, Marjorie (Hap) Happeney; and brother, Donald Rinehart.

Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2015, at Graumlich Funeral Home, 1351 S. High St., Columbus. Visitation begins at 10 a.m. Wednesday with service at 11 a.m. at Grove City Church of the Nazarene, 4770 Hoover Rd., Grove City, with Pastor William C. Pitts officiating. Interment in Forest Cemetery, Circleville.
