Claude Lawrence “Dusty” Conrad II, 48, of Circleville, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 10, 2015.
He was born on Nov. 16, 1966, in Circleville, to Claude and Ethel (Lemaster) Conrad.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Teresa (Daubemire) Conrad II; children, Dustin (Devan) Conrad, Brent Conrad, Taylor Conrad and Ashley Blair; one grandchild, Eythan; brother, Curtis Conrad; and by sister, Ladona Blair.
Memorial services will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, 2015, at the Wellman Funeral Home with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating. Friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Wellman Funeral Home in Dusty’s name.
