Staff Reports

The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:

– Tony H. Davis, 46, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to attempted possession of heroin and aggravated possession of drugs. He was sentenced to two years in state prison at Orient, a $91 fine and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– Jerod R. Julian, 33, of Chippewa Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to pandering obscenity involving a minor. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Kelly Gonzalez, 38, of Washington Court House, pleaded not guilty to grand theft and Medicaid eligibility fraud. A trial is set for April 30.

– Terry L. Poling, 51, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Baher B. Soliman, 53, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to two counts of passing bad checks. A pretrial hearing is set for March 13.

– Robert L. Hill, 42, of South Water Street, Williamsport, pleaded guilty to attempted aggravated trafficking in drugs. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– David C. Perkins, 30, of North Court Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Joseph A. LeMaster, 42, of Town Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to three counts of possession of heroin. He was sentenced to three years of intervention.

– Jesse M. Coy, 39, of London, pleaded not guilty to forgery and receiving stolen property. A pretrial hearing is set for March 13.

– Rickey A. Sowers Jr., 30, of Beaver, pleaded not guilty to theft. A pretrial hearing is set for March 13.

– Ramiro Gonzalez, 36, of Washington Court House, pleaded not guilty to grand theft and Medicaid eligibility fraud. A pretrial hearing is set for March 13.

– John Ragland Jr., 52, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He was sentenced to 11 months in state prison (suspended) and ordered to serve 30 days in the county jail and three years of community control.

– Brandy S. Ramsey, 40, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs. She was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail and three years of intervention.

– Linsey L. Falkerson, 26, of West Front Street, New Holland, pleaded guilty to illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs. She was sentenced to 24 months in state prison (suspended) and ordered to serve 30 days in the county jail and three years of community control.
