The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:

– John W. Blanton, 45, of Ashville Pike, Lockbourne, pleaded not guilty to non-support of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 18.

– Judith A. Cline, 68, of Walnut Creek Pike, Ashville, pleaded not guilty to engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, money laundering, possession of criminal tools and operating an illegal casino. A pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 18.

– Stephen S. Cline, 69, of Walnut Creek Pike, Ashville, pleaded not guilty to engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, money laundering, possession of criminal tools and operating an illegal casino. A pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 18.

– Michael E. Colter, 38, of Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to possession of cocaine. A pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 18.

– Teddy J. Crum, 29, of Weldon Avenue, Circleville, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property. He was sentenced to six months in state prison at Orient and $50 in restitution.

– Michelle Darnell, 30, of Gibson Road, Ashville, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft, one count of Medicaid eligibility fraud and falsification. She was sentenced to 18 months in state prison (suspended) and $79,414 in restitution.

– John W. Davis, 33, of Reynoldsburg, pleaded guilty to theft of unemployment benefits. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison (suspended) and $5,124 in restitution.

– Dustin A. Fausnaugh, 26, of Westfall Road, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to four counts of possession of cocaine. A pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 18.

– Cory E. Gilpen III, 23, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of cocaine. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail and three years of intervention.

– Kimberly J. Haller, 55, of Lutz Road, Williamsport, pleaded not guilty to two counts of operating an illegal casino. A pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 18.

– Jeremy D. Harding, 37, of East Franklin Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to theft from the elderly. A pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 18.

– Kenneth H. Hardman, 40, of South Washington Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to possession of heroin and possession of cocaine. A pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 18.

– Thomas B. Hunt, 48, of Town Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to six counts of possession of cocaine. A pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 18.

– Jason H. Johnson, 36, of Abernathy Avenue, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to four counts of possession of cocaine. A pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 18.

– E. Rena Jones, 55, of East Franklin Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to theft from the elderly. A pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 18.

– Brian M. Kitchen, 23, of Lancaster Pike, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

Tara J. Lambert, 32, of Island Road, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to two counts of conspiracy to commit aggravated murder. A pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 18.

– Bryan T. Parmer, 34, of East Mound Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin and grand theft. He was sentenced to 30 months in state prison at Orient, $1,025 in restitution and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– John P. Sutton, 61, of Dayton, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of cocaine. He was sentenced to three years of intervention.
