Pamela Bode, 41, of Circleville, died on Aug. 2, 2015, at Berger Hospital.
Pamela was born on Oct. 6, 1973.
She is survived by her husband, Chester Bode.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, 2015, at the Pleasant Hill Church with viewing an hour before the service. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
