July 9

– An employee at Walmart reported a theft. No arrest was made.

– A resident in the 10000 block of Tarlton Adelphi Road, Laurelville, reported an air conditioning unit had been damaged. A report was taken on vandalism.

– Samantha L. Greeley, 27, of Orient, was arrested in the 7000 block of High Street, Orient, for disorderly conduct.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 13000 block of state Route 56 East, Kingston.

– A deputy responded to a drug complaint in the 20000 block of U.S. Route 23, Circleville. No narcotics were found.

– A deputy responded with the canine Marko to perform a free air narcotics search on West Main Street, Circleville. Units cleared without incident.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 26000 block of Armstrong Road, Laurelville.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 13000 block of Matville Road, Orient.

– A deputy responded to reports of a domestic dispute at Walmart. After contact was made, both parties left the scene.

July 10

– A resident in the 2000 block of Chickasaw Drive reported someone stole her change purse while she was in Circleville. A report was taken on theft.

– A deputy responded to reports of an unruly juvenile in the 10000 block of state Route 762, Lockbourne.

– A deputy performed a well-being check in the 6000 block of Old Tarlton Pike, Circleville.

– Travis Viney, 29, of Circleville, was traveling southbound on U.S. Route 23 and could not get stopped for a light and struck a vehicle driven by June Pattee, 62, of Circleville.

– Johnnie Downing, 54, of Chillicothe, advised he did not see a vehicle stopped on state Route 104 driven by Michael Ball, 34, of Hilliard, and struck the vehicle.

– Kimberly R. Fannin, 31, was arrested for the original charge of aggravated possession of drugs.

July 11

– A deputy took a report on breaking and entering and criminal damaging at Bubba’s Corner on U.S. Route 62, Orient.

– A resident in the 7000 block of Stahl Road, Orient, reported someone had spray-painted two vehicles. A report was taken on vandalism.

– A resident in the 11000 block of Greenbrier Street, Orient, reported the theft of a motor vehicle.

– A deputy responded to reports of menacing in the 4800 block of Duvall Road, Ashville. The victim was referred to the city law director for possible charges.

– A deputy responded to the 8000 block of state Route 316 West, Orient, on reports of a stolen vehicle and then a recovered stolen vehicle.

– A deputy responded to reports of domestic violence in the 6000 block of Cherokee Lane, Orient. No charges were filed.

– A deputy responded to reports of an open door in the 10000 block of Welch Road, Commercial Point. Everything was secure.

– A resident in the 26000 block of state Route 159, Circleville, reported finding several ruts in their yard. A report was taken.

– A deputy responded to the 1000 block of Wilmar Drive, Circleville, on reports of a domestic dispute.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on vehicles at Walmart.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 13000 block of Era Road, Mt. Sterling.

– Sarah Frazier, 18, of Circleville, was cited for assured clear distance ahead when she struck a vehicle on state Route 159 driven by Mary Sparks, 27, of Kingston.

July 12

– A deputy responded to reports of criminal trespassing on Ballard Avenue, Williamsport. No charges were filed at this time.

– A deputy responded to reports of a gun being discharged on German Street, Tarlton. After speaking to a subject, the deputy advised it was fireworks being set off at an unknown location.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 25000 block of state Route 159.

– A deputy responded to a hang glider accident in the 16000 block of London Road. The victim was transported to the hospital by Harrison Township EMS for treatment.

– A deputy responded to reports of a domestic dispute in the 10000 block of Bulen Pierce Road, Ashville. After speaking with both parties, the deputy cleared the scene.

– Isaac Fair, 18, of Ashville, was traveling eastbound on Sperry Drive and attempted to change lanes when he struck a vehicle driven by Carla Ronk, 54, of Panama City, Florida.

– Teri Swan, 48, of Mt. Sterling, was traveling eastbound on state Route 56 when a deer ran into the side of her vehicle.

July 13

– A resident in the 19000 block of Whiteside Road, Mt. Sterling, reported damage to a window. A report was taken on criminal damaging and trespassing.

– A resident in the 1000 block of Columbus Street, Orient, reported damage to a vehicle. A report was taken on criminal damaging.

– A resident in the 5000 block of Boucher Drive, Orient, reported domestic violence. No charges were filed at the time of the report.

– A resident in the 24000 block of Mouser Road, New Holland, reported menacing and domestic violence. Both parties were referred to the city law director.

– A resident in the 800 block of Trimmer Road, Stoutsville, reported an act of menacing. The suspect was not located.

– Harold Blanton, 79, of Williamsport, was traveling southbound on U.S. Route 23 when he struck a vehicle driven by Kevin Shoemaker, 61, of Dublin.
