June 10

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 8000 block of Zane Trail Road, Circleville.

June 11

– A resident in the 10000 block of state Route 762, Lockbourne, reported an unknown person stole her TV from the residence. A report was taken on burglary.

– Gary T. Bigham III was arrested for receiving stolen property in the 25000 block of Sisk Road after a motorcycle stolen from Columbus was recovered in a garage at his location.

– A resident in the 11000 block of Thrailkill Road reported he was having a problem with a male coming around his 17-year-old daughter.

– A resident in the 5000 block of Liberty Bell Road reported a domestic dispute in which she and her husband had an argument. No charges were filed.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 600 block of South Water Street, Williamsport.

– A deputy responded to reports of telephone harassment in the 10000 block of Timberwood Place, Lockbourne.

– A deputy responded to reports of an unruly juvenile in the 100 block of Yukon Drive, Commercial Point. No charges were filed.

– A deputy responded to reports of a domestic dispute in the 23000 block of Morris Leist Road, Stoutsville. No domestic disturbance was found.

– Ralph Anthony, 56, of Reynoldsburg, advised he did not see a vehicle on state Route 762 driven by Jeff Pauley, 53, of Circleville, and pulled out of a driveway, striking the vehicle.

– Kristen Woltz, 20, of Ashville, reportedly drove off the roadway on Walnut Creek Pike and struck a mailbox.

– Jason Stiltner, 29, of Ashville, reportedly backed out of a parking spot on South Street in Ashville and struck a vehicle driven by David Partlow, 51, of Ashville.

– A 16-year-old juvenile was cited for failure to control after his vehicle went off the roadway, into a median and rolled over on U.S. Route 23.

– Jack M. Swayne, 50, was arrested for a violation of probation for the original charge of OVI.

– Tanganika N. Miller, 25, was arrested for failure to appear on the original charge of driving under suspension.

June 12

– An employee of Ameristop on U.S. Route 62, Harrisburg, reported an unknown person broke into the building, but they were unsure yet if anything had been taken. A report was taken on criminal damaging.

– An employee at the Grand Buffet on Circleville Plaza Drive reported an unknown person broke the front doors of the restaurant and took money from the register. A report was taken on breaking and entering.

– A resident in the 4000 block of U.S. Route 22 West reported an unknown person pulled his mailbox off the post. A report was taken on criminal damaging.

– A resident in the 12000 block of Gibson Road, Orient, reported his ex-wife had been using cell phones that are in his name. A report was taken on unauthorized use of property.

– William S. Cornwell, 28, of Circleville, was arrested for theft at Walmart after he reportedly stole items from the store and returned them for a gift card.

– A resident in the 5000 block of Durrett Road, Orient, reported an unknown person used her and her husband’s information to make purchases on the Internet. A report was taken on identity theft.

– A caller reported a kayak fell out of her vehicle in the area of Morris Salem Road and Stoutsville Pike, but when she discovered it and went back to retrieve it, it was gone. A report was taken on theft.

– A resident in the 29000 block of Kime Holderman Road reported she was having problems with a foster child. The juvenile was arrested for domestic violence.

– A resident in the 11000 block of London Road, Orient, reported someone stole their vehicle. It was discovered wrecked in Madison County by the Madison County Sheriff’s Office.

– A deputy responded to a medical alarm activation in the 22000 block of Yankeetown Pike, Mt. Sterling. It was an accidental alarm.

– A deputy responded to an activated alarm in the 4000 block of West Ford Road, Ashville. Contact was made with the homeowner, who advised it was accidental.

– A deputy responded to an activated alarm in the 19000 block of Florence Chapel Pike, Circleville. There were no signs of forced entry, and the scene checked OK.

– A deputy responded to reports of a burglary in progress in the 10600 block of state Route 762, Lockbourne. Contact was made with the homeowner, no subjects were found and nothing appeared to be missing.

– Stivi Nechovski II, 23, of Circleville, lost control of his vehicle and went off the roadway on state Route 56 East, striking a tree.

– Eileen Cottrill, 24, of Circleville, advised she was stopped and waiting to turn on Logan Elm Blvd. when a vehicle struck her from behind.

– Ronald Phillips, 58, of Kingston, was cited for assured clear distance ahead when he struck a vehicle on U.S. Route 23 driven by Lucian Baker, 64, of Waldo.

– Kimberly L. Coates, 26, was arrested for failure to appear on the original charge of theft.

– Thomas L. Miller, 27, was arrested for contempt of court for non-support of dependents.

June 13

– A caller reported he transported a subject in a cab to the 9000 block of Flintlock Place, Orient, and once there, the subject fled the scene. A report was taken on theft.

– A caller reported an unknown person broke the window on the passenger side door of his vehicle and set off the alarm at the ODNR fishing access on U.S. Route 22 West. A report was taken on criminal damaging.

– A resident in the 2000 block of Otawa Drive reported an unknown person broke the back window of her vehicle. A report was taken on criminal damaging.

– A deputy issued a misdemeanor citation for possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Kingston Pike near Tarlton Road.

– A deputy responded to reports of a male riding a dirt bike on the street on South Main Street at Mill Street in Williamsport. The subject fled the scene.

– Scott Martin, 18, of Circleville, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug abuse instruments following a traffic stop on East Main Street at South Pickaway.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 100 block of Cherry Tree Lane.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 17000 block of Little Walnut Road, Ashville.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 11900 block of Walnut Creek Pike, Ashville.

– A deputy responded to a vehicle complaint in the 12000 block of state Route 56 East, Circleville.

– Amy Grills, 26, of Circleville, struck a deer while traveling on Rector Road.

– Holly Cherry, 23, of Ashville, advised she was unable to stop and struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Lisa Trimble, 43, of Waverly, on U.S. Route 23.

– Helen Purcell, 75, of Circleville, was making a turn on Crites Road and struck a vehicle driven by Forrest Mumaw, 31, of Stoutsville.

– Talika M. Harber, 21, was arrested for failure to appear for the original charge of failure to reinstate.

June 14

– An employee at Walmart reported a 14-year-old juvenile stole cigarettes from the store. The juvenile was arrested for theft.

– A caller reported an illegal burn in the 12000 block of state Route 56 East. The deputy advised the subject was burning items that could not be legally burned.

– An employee at Dollar General on South Union Street, South Bloomfield, reported receipt of a counterfeit bill.

– An employee at Dollar General on U.S. Route 23, Circleville, reported receipt of a counterfeit bill.

– A resident in the 200 block of Tarlton Road reported a known subject had keyed his vehicle. A report was taken on criminal damaging.

– A caller reported someone had taken his cell phone from his vehicle while it was parked at Deer Creek beach in New Holland. A report was taken on theft.

– A resident in the 100 block of Beaumont Court, New Holland, reported she was being threatened by her son’s father and his wife.

– A resident in the 100 block of Yukon Drive, Commercial Point, reported a 16-year-old runaway. The juvenile was later located by the Grove City Police Department.

– A deputy responded to reports of dogs running loose in the 10600 block of Ashville Pike, Lockbourne.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 16800 block of Winchester Road, Ashville.

– A deputy assisted the wildlife officer and employees of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources with three males in custody at Deer Creek Lake, Mt. Sterling. The three were transported to the Pickaway County Jail on drug charges.

– A 16-year-old juvenile from Laurelville was pulling from a driveway on state Route 159 and struck a vehicle driven by Carolyn Gossett, 26, of Lancaster.

June 15

– A resident in the 14000 block of Commercial Point Road, Ashville, reported someone broke into their vehicle inside a garage and took items. A report was taken on breaking and entering.

– A deputy responded with units from Harrison Township and Scioto Township fire departments on reports of smoke coming from a building in the 4000 block of St. Paul Road, Ashville. There was moderate damage to metal paneling, the wooden sub-structure and wiring.

– A deputy responded to a harassment complaint in the 12000 block of Federal Road, Orient.

– A deputy responded to reports of an infant not breathing in the 3000 block of Miller Road, Ashville. The infant was breathing upon the deputy’s arrival and was transported to Children’s Hospital for further evaluation.

– A deputy responded to reports of a deer with two broken legs in the 27000 block of Kime Holderman Road, Circleville. The deer was put down.

– A deputy responded to a child custody complaint in the 100 block of West Front Street, New Holland. The child was turned over to the custodial parent.

– A deputy responded to reports of suspicious activity in the 24000 block of U.S. Route 23, Circleville. No arrest was made at this time.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 500 block of Swackhammer Road, Circleville.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 25000 block of Moccasin Road, Amanda.

– A deputy responded to reports of an animal bite in the 8000 block of Crystal Drive, Darbyville. The deputy advised it could not be determined if the victim was bitten by the named dog or another one since there were no witnesses to collaborate the incident. The named dog was determined to be current on all shots.

– Nathan Hymann, 30, of Stoutsville, was cited for improper passing when he attempted to pass a vehicle driven by Michael Steele, 45, of Circleville, and was struck on Owens Road.

– Damion A. St. Andrew, 43, was arrested for failure to appear for the original charge of driving under the influence.

June 16

– A resident in the 25000 block of Sisk Road reported an unknown person entered her residence and took several items. A report was taken on burglary.

– An employee at Walmart reported three incidents of subjects who stole items from the store and returned them for a gift card. Reports were taken on theft.

– A resident in the 12000 block of Walnut Creek Pike, Ashville, reported someone had been stealing money from the residence. A report was taken on theft.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 10000 block of Scioto Darby Road, Orient.

– A deputy responded to reports of found property in the 100 block of Yukon Drive, Commercial Point. The property was taken to the sheriff’s office for safekeeping.

– A deputy responded to reports of a fight in the 25000 block of state Route 159, Circleville. The subject left prior to the deputy’s arrival. No injuries were reported, and no charges were filed.

– An ambulance owned by the Pickaway Township Trustees responded to a call for service at Captain D’s on U.S. Route 23, and when they returned to the vehicle, they discovered it had been struck by an unknown person. A report was taken on a property damage hit-skip.

– A 16-year-old juvenile from Chandler, Arizona, advised she failed to negotiate a turn in the roadway on state Route 207 and went off the roadway, striking a mailbox and rolling over. Subjects were treated for injuries.

June 17

– A resident in the 6000 block of Hitler Road #2 reported an unknown person stole her cell phone.

– A caller reported an unknown person broke out his driver’s side window on his vehicle while it was parked at Elmon Richard’s Boat Ramp, U.S. Route 22, and stole a battery from the vehicle. A report was taken on theft.

– A deputy responded to reports of harassment in the 20000 block of Five Points Pike, Williamsport.

– Kelli Black, 33, of Waverly, was cited for assured clear distance ahead when she struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Tracey Cantrill, 44, of Chillicothe, on U.S. Route 23.

– Marshall Fields, 65, of Stoutsville, struck a deer while traveling on Greist Road.

June 18

– Anne Sullivan, 36, of Chillicothe, was arrested on a violation of probation after a caller reported she was on the property in the 300 block of Ludwig Drive, Circleville, and was not wanted there.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on property in the 2000 block of state Route 56 West, Circleville. Contact was made with the key holder.
