– Officers responded to a 911 call in which a female was yelling at a male to leave the residence prior to hanging up. The call was traced to the 200 block of Huston Street. Officers advised the male subject was intoxicated but left the residence as a passenger in a vehicle. The female was advised to call back if he returned, and a report was taken on disorderly conduct.

– Officers responded to multiple activated alarms at Tractor Supply on U.S. Route 23. The scene checked OK.

– A caller reported an employee was stuck in a piece of machinery at the G.E. plant on East Ohio Street. Medflight was requested at Berger Hospital.

– An officer was flagged down in the area of Holiday Lane and Garden Parkway regarding a hit-skip crash. No report was taken by request, and the officer would follow up with the at-fault vehicle.

– An employee at Scioto Valley Coffee on West Main Street came to the police station to report a theft.

– James Haydocy was taken into custody on a warrant after being released from the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office.

– A resident in the 100 block of West High Street reported she purchased a vehicle and her boyfriend took it, refusing to give it back. Officers determined it was a civil issue.

– An officer requested a call slip regarding a suspicious vehicle in the area of Forestview Court. The occupants were determined to be Kirby sweeper salespeople, and they were advised to get a solicitor’s permit.

– A resident at Apple Ridge Apartments on Lancaster Pike reported a possible drunk driver who went into an apartment and was carrying a beer can when he got out of the car. Officers reported the subject checked OK, and he was actually carrying a Mountain Dew can.

– Officers responded to reports of skateboarders jumping the nets on the tennis courts at Ted Lewis Park. The subjects were located and advised.

– An employee at UDF on East Main Street reported a subject drove off without paying for their gas purchase. A report was taken on theft.

– Officers followed up to a complaint to city hall regarding a semi truck that parks in the 100 block of Walnut Street and starts up at all hours of the day and night. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

– Officers performed a well-being check on children in the 100 block of East Franklin Street following a complaint to city hall. The juveniles checked OK.

– A resident in the 100 block of West Water Street reported his neighbor was yelling inappropriate things to his children. A report was taken.

– A resident in the 100 block of Pinckney Street reported she locked her infant inside her vehicle. The vehicle was opened, and a report was taken.

– A resident reported his truck trailer was stolen in the 100 block of Lewis Avenue. A report was taken on theft.

– Extra patrol was requested in the 100 block of Lewis Avenue after a caller reported seeing a dangerous subject on the property.

– A caller advised a male subject exited his vehicle and was stumbling around in the 800 block of South Scioto Street, then got back into his vehicle and drove toward Little Bear Market. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

– A caller advised they hired a mechanic for their vehicle, and he is not returning to their shop with the keys to each vehicle. The officer advised it was a civil matter.

– Officers responded to a property damage accident in the 500 block of Renick Avenue.

– A resident in the 200 block of Sycamore Drive advised he wanted to file a report from a hit-skip accident earlier in the day in the 100 block of Main Street.

– A caller advised of an activated alarm in the 100 block of North Court Street. Officers were unable to locate the address.

– A resident in the 200 block of Evergreen Avenue reported her ex-boyfriend continues to call her and show up at her home. No report was taken, and both parties agreed to cease communication.

– A caller in the 300 block of Walnut Street requested an officer stand-by over a custody dispute. The officer advised it was a civil matter.

– A caller in the 300 block of Weldon Avenue reported problems with an unruly juvenile with health issues. Officers advised them to contact their medical adviser.

– A resident in the 300 block of Walnut Creek Pike reported a disabled vehicle pulled into her driveway, and the two occupants were standing outside cursing loudly. The caller asked them to stop using that language, and they began to curse again and pulled out into the roadway. Officers determined the subjects had aid en route, and the scene checked OK.

– An Ashville resident reported a delivery driver struck her vehicle in the parking lot at Dominos Pizza and left the scene. No report was taken by request.

– The Ohio State Highway Patrol requested mutual aid on a report that a driver in a green truck was trying to persuade a young female into the vehicle in the 100 block of East Mound Street. The Highway Patrol then advised to cancel the call.

– A resident in the 300 block of Logan Street reported a vehicle was blocking the alleyway behind his home. The officer advised the vehicle was off the alleyway, and the scene checked OK.

– A resident in the 800 block of South Scioto Street reported a suspicious female walking back and forth in the alleyway behind the residence. Officers were unable to locate the subject.

– Officers were advised to be on the lookout for a female juvenile who had been missing for about three hours. The juvenile was located at McDonald’s on South Court Street, and a report was taken on an agency assist.
