– Cindie Walls, 43, of Ashville, was arrested for OVI following a traffic stop on North Court Street at Park Place.

– A resident in the 1000 block of South Washington Street called 911 to report receiving harassing phone calls from a known male. A report was taken on menacing.

– A caller requested assistance at Genesis Healthcare on Atwater Avenue due to being neglected by the staff. A report was taken on disorderly conduct.

– Tylor Reid, 20, of South Bloomingville, was issued a citation following a traffic stop in the 200 block of Logan Street. A report was taken on possession of narcotics.

– A resident in the 500 block of North Pickaway Street reported his vehicle was damaged. A report was taken on criminal damaging.

– A 911 caller reported a car struck a deer on U.S. Route 23 at Wagland Road. The Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office was advised.

– A caller reported a male subject was panhandling in the parking lot at Speedway on Lancaster Pike and then left the scene in a vehicle headed southbound toward Main Street. Officers were unable to locate the subject.

– Officers performed a well-being check on a male subject in the 300 block of East Main Street at the request of his employer. The subject checked OK and was advised to contact the employer.

– An officer performed a stand-by in the 300 block of East Mound Street. The stand-by was completed without incident.

– An officer performed a stand-by in the 100 block of York Street. The stand-by was completed without incident.

– A resident in the 300 block of East High Street reported he has seen someone for the past couple of days watching his house from the woods. The officer on the scene advised everything checked OK.

– The safety director advised of a nuisance complaint in the 1200 block of Norfolk Avenue on a parked van full of trash. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

– A resident in the 100 block of York Street came to the police station to report a theft.

– A caller requested a squad for a female with altered mental status in the 400 block of Dearborn Avenue, and the dispatcher heard yelling in the background. The subject was transported to the emergency room, and a report was taken on disorderly conduct.

– A resident in the 100 block of Rustic Drive reported very young children playing in the yard unsupervised. The officer advised the child checked OK and was being supervised by his grandmother.

– A resident in the 300 block of Logan Street reported a loose dog in the area. Officers were unable to locate the canine.

– Officers responded to reports of a disturbance at Little Bear Market on Harrison Street. A report was taken on disorderly conduct.

– Danielle M. Longberry was arrested on a warrant from the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office in the 100 block of East High Street.

– A resident in the 400 block of East Union Street requested to speak with an officer about his vehicle being struck sometime earlier in the day. No report was taken.

– A resident in the 600 block of East Mound Street reported a suspicious male soliciting in the area. The male also asked to come inside so he could charge his cell phone, and when questioned, he left heading eastbound toward state Route 56. Officers located the subject and determined he was a DIRECTV contractor, and he was advised to obtain a permit from city administration.

– Officers performed a well-being check in the 600 block of Renick Avenue. The subject checked OK.

– A resident in the 500 block of Renick Avenue called 911 to report one of the outlets inside the residence was on fire. The caller was advised to get everyone out of the home, and an officer arrived and shut power off to the residence. The fire department handled the scene.

– Officers took a report on a missing person in the 400 block of South Pickaway Street after a caller advised her teenage grandson was concerned that he didn’t know where his mother was.

– A 911 caller reported a male dragging a female down the steps and punching her at the corner of Walnut and Washington streets. The caller also advised the male was trying to break windows out of the residence. Upon officers’ arrival, the male went back inside the residence and shut the door. The officers determined no assault occurred, but the subjects were advised about persisting. A report was taken on a domestic dispute.
