The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:

Richard M. Allen, 40, of North Court Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to three counts of robbery and a violation of post-release control. He was sentenced to 7.71 years in state prison.

Jason M. Baker Sr., 47, of Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to aggravating trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, trafficking in cocaine and possession of cocaine. A pretrial hearing is set for July 14.

– Manuel R. Cunningham, 38, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, trafficking in cocaine and possession of cocaine. A pretrial hearing is set for July 14.

– David M. Darnell, 39, of Hedges Street, Ashville, pleaded guilty to assault. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

Paul E. Dillinger, 29, of Marion, pleaded guilty to trafficking in heroin and aggravated trafficking in drugs. He was sentenced to three years in state prison and a forfeiture of $1,154.66.

– Rickelyn J. Dolby, 26, of Dixie Avenue, Mt. Sterling, pleaded not guilty to trafficking in heroin. A pretrial hearing is set for July 14.

Gary E. Lewis, 34, of Tarlton Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to burglary and theft. He was sentenced to three years in state prison.

– Christopher M. Rogers, 30, of Ashville Pike, Lockbourne, pleaded guilty to failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison and a five-year driver’s license suspension.

– Matthew D. Scurlock, 35, of Dozer Road, Stoutsville, pleaded not guilty to having weapons under disability. A pretrial hearing is set for July 14.

– Christopher A. Salyers, 37, of Timberline Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison (suspended) and three years of community control.

– Shannon W. Schwalbauch, 42, of Stella Avenue, Circleville, pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence and a violation of post-release control. Schwalbauch was sentenced to 41 months in state prison.

– Ernest H. Shoemaker IV, 26, of Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to felonious assault and endangering children. A pretrial hearing is set for July 14.

Teresa L. Zlater, 44, of Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, trafficking in cocaine and possession of cocaine. A pretrial hearing is set for July 14.
