John Phillip Payne, 81, of Circleville, passed away on May 27, 2017.
He was born on Feb. 17, 1936, in Ross County, to Earl and Myrtle (Perry) Payne.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Karen.
John is survived two grandchildren; sister, Wyoma Brown; and brother, Ward Payne.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 31, 2017, at the Wellman Funeral Home with Ron Goodling officiating. Burial will be in Springlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the funeral home in John’s name.
