Rebecca Jean Godden, 86, devoted wife of Norman, loving mother of Dean and cherished grandmother of Lauren and Kasey, peacefully passed away on May 10, 2017.
Born July 7, 1930, Becky grew up in Zanesville, graduated Zanesville High School and attended The Ohio State University.
Upon the marriage to Norman (Williamsport), they happily lived on the Deercreek and Leistville farms until moving to Circleville in 1974.
Becky will be remembered by her family and friends as having a bright smile and a sweet sense of humor. She relished watching her granddaughters fulfill their goals and enjoyed her visits and phone chats with her girlfriends.
Becky will be laid to rest alongside Norman at Springlawn Cemetery at Williamsport following a family service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Friends of Berger Foundation, 600 N. Pickaway St., Circleville, OH 43113.
