Mary Kathleen Holley

Mary “Kathleen” Holley, 85, formerly of Ashville, passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2017, at Carriage Court of Washington Court House.

Kathleen was born on March 6, 1932, to the late Augustus and Larue Violet (Ramey) Wheeler in Blaine, Kentucky.

She was a graduate of Groveport High School and was in business with her late husband, Judd, running Holley’s Mower Service, formerly in Grandview and Ashville.

She is preceded in death by husband, Norman J. “Judd” Holley in 2009; a son, Norman Dean Holley in 2001; a brother, Elmer Wheeler; and sisters, Jean Sims and Faye Sisson.

Kathleen is survived by a daughter, Linda (Steve) Coffman of Lithopolis; grandchildren, Douglas (Heather) Glitt of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Vanessa (Pete) Simmons of Chillicothe; great-grandchildren, Avery and Audrey Glitt and Kaleb Tate; a brother, Jim (Marilyn) Wheeler of Naples, Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, April 10, 2017, with a service following at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St., Ashville, with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating. Interment will be at Reber Hill Cemetery in Ashville.
