Margaret A. (Ferrell) Williams, 82, of Ashville, passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2017, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on July 21, 1934, in Ward, West Virginia, to the late Delphan and Mildred (Tucker) Ferrell.

She had retired after a number of years from Tudor’s Biscuit World in Charleston, West Virginia, and was a member of Evans Memorial Baptist Church at Georges Creek, West Virginia.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl S. Williams, in 2008; infant daughter, Bonnie Jean; daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and James Burgess; and two sisters, Ella and Doloris.

She is survived by daughter, Violet (Jerry) Burgess of Ashville; grandchildren, Paul (Robin) Williams of Circleville, Kim Williams (Mark Eldridge) of Ashville and Lori (Randy) Bell of Columbus; 11 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; brothers, John (Barb) Ferrell of Campbells Creek, West Virginia, and Harold (Linda) Ferrell of South Charleston, West Virginia; sister, Doris Wilson of Bridgeton, New Jersey; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 6, 2017, at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St., Ashville. Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 7, 2017, in the Harrison Township Cemetery, South Bloomfield, with Pastor Bob Elliott officiating.
