Larry Halm, executive director for Berger Health Foundation and a member of Circleville Rotary, spoke to the Sunrise Rotary club on Tuesday about this year’s selection for the One Book, One Community program.
Halm talked about Dreamland by Sam Quinones, which addresses the nation’s opiate epidemic.
