Walnut Elementary selects November students of the month

At Walnut Elementary School, a student from each homeroom is chosen as the Student of the Month by the staff members at Walnut.

The students are recognized for improvement in grades or good grades, good attendance or improvement in attendance, character, behavior, attitude toward others/learning, good citizenship or improvement in citizenship, classroom participation, demonstrating responsibility and/or respectful to peers and teachers.

Walnut Elementary is also working with the Wright-Poling Pickaway County Dog Shelter to help find homes for their dogs. This month’s honorees are pictured with Remy, November’s Dog of the Month.

November Students of the Month are Ella Loar, Knox Miller and Aria Timson, kindergarten; Nichole Jenkins, Mayia Warren and Peyton Jacobson, first grade; Lauren Bright, Charles Herald and Peyton Hendricks, second grade; Blaze Good, Kyle Dillbeck and Zoie Hall, third grade; Kylie Burgett, Carrie Chandler and Carter Hutchison, fourth grade; and Baileigh Reider, Noah Stacy and Brianna Davis, fifth grade.
