Pickaway County Court Judge P. Randall Knece spoke to the Sunrise Rotary club Tuesday about Common Pleas Court operations and the importance of juries and jury duty.

While the court will handle about 400 indictments a year, he said, most cases are settled out of court. In 2015, there were only nine jury trials.

The Circleville Sunrise Rotary Club meets at 7 a.m. Tuesdays at Watt Street Tavern.
