Staff Reports

The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:

– Jeffrey T. Ash, 47, of Hayesville Road, Kingston, pleaded guilty to illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Jeremy P. Coleman, 28, of Island Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was ordered to complete a program at Alvis Halfway House.

– Roger C. Derr, 40, an inmate at Pickaway Correctional Institute, Orient, pleaded not guilty to possession of heroin. A pretrial hearing is set for April 17.

– Charles D. Johnson, 24, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail, then 120 days of GPS monitoring.

– Melaine L. Lambiase, 26, of Brookhaven Place, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. A pretrial hearing is set for April 17.

– Tony Lester Jr., 33, of South Court Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. He was ordered to complete a program at Alvis Halfway House.

– Eric E. Mustard, 25, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. He was ordered to complete a program at Alvis Halfway House.

– Terry L. Poling, 51, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs. He was sentenced to three years of intervention.

– James E. Scott, 66, of Skyline Drive, South Bloomfield, pleaded guilty to illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material or performance. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Anesha R. Swift, 25, of Maple Street, Stoutsville, pleaded not guilty to engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, two counts of trafficking in cocaine and one count of trafficking in heroin. A pretrial hearing is set for April 17.
