John Larry Arthurs, 66, of New Holland, passed away on March 29, 2016.
He was born on March 28, 1950, in Olive Hill, Kentucky, to John and Iva (Jordan) Arthurs.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Robert and Harry; and sisters, Margaret and Mary Frank.
John is survived by his wife, Carol (Hodge) Arthurs; children, Jeannie (Eddie), Candy, John, Sonya (Chris), Robert (Carolyn), Steven (Kristin), Travis (Brittney) and Jaylissa; 18 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brothers, Hubert (Darlene), Dennie (Pam) and George (Sandy); sister, Faye (Troy); and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 2, 2016, at the Wellman Funeral Home with burial to follow in Springbank Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
