Staff Reports

The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:

– Autumn R. Adkins, 22, of Dennis Road, Mt. Sterling, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. She was sentenced to six months in a community-based correctional facility program.

– Joseph M. Brown, 29, of Hedgesview Drive, Ashville, pleaded guilty to burglary and theft. He was sentenced to five years in state prison at Orient and $1,000 in restitution.

– Justin M. Cox, 30, of Tarlton Road, Amanda, pleaded not guilty to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. A pretrial hearing is set for April 8.

– Joshua Cross, 34, of Dearborn Avenue, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of treatment in lieu of conviction. He was ordered to complete a community-based correctional facility program.

– Michael S. Eversole, 28, of Lancaster, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to nine months in state prison at Orient.

– Kimberly R. Fannin, 32, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to attempted aggravated possession of drugs. She was sentenced to 18 months in state prison (suspended), a six-month driver’s license suspension and three years in a community-based correctional facility program.

– Timothy A. Francis Jr., 30, of Sunshine Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to three counts of non-support of dependents. He was sentenced to 27 months in state prison (suspended) and five years of community control.

– Jason W. Holbrook, 31, of state Route 316 West, Orient, pleaded guilty to two counts of burglary and two counts of theft. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Ralph L. Lannerd Jr., 58, of Wellston, pleaded not guilty to four counts of aggravated possession of drugs. A pretrial hearing is set for April 8.

– Joni R. Poe, 30, of Wellston, pleaded not guilty to aggravated possession of drug. A pretrial hearing is set for April 8.

– William R. Preece, 37, of Logan, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering and theft. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison at Orient.

– Francis Riley, 44, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Ralph G. Rose Jr., 43, of state Route 316 West, Orient, pleaded guilty to theft. He was sentenced to six months in state prison at Orient and $39.46 in restitution.

Paul P. Schildhouse, 57, of Aurora, Illinois, pleaded guilty to attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Brian D. Speakman, 48, of Tarlton Road, Laurelville, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Jonathan L. Walter Jr., 37, of Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to robbery and theft. A pretrial hearing is set for April 8.
