Justin Brungs and Rashelle Weaver
Two Pickaway-Ross Career & Technology Center seniors were recognized as the Circleville Noon Rotary Students of the Month for December.
Justin Brungs of Logan Elm High School is in the Welding program. Rashelle Weaver of Circleville High School is in the Career-Based Intervention program.
Both students attended a recent Noon Rotary meeting and spoke to club members about their academic and career goals.
