Kevin L. Leatherwood, 67, of Circleville, died 2 a.m. Friday, Dec. 25, 2015, in Logan Elm Health Care Center following a short illness.
He was born Oct. 2, 1948, in Ross County, to the late Louis A. and Betty F. Thomas Leatherwood.
Surviving are a son, Kevin D. Leatherwood of Tennessee; three grandchildren; best friend, Connie S. Rhoads of Circleville; step-daughter, Tara (Eric) King of Circleville and her children, Tierra, Bianna and Todd Jr. Keller; a sister, Shirley Leatherwood Hayes of Hickory, North Carolina; and brothers, Jeff (Alice) Leatherwood of Cincinnati, Kriss (Gladys) Leatherwood of Fayetteville and Skip (Lisa) Leatherwood of Chillicothe.
Kevin served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He retired as an electrician from GE in Circleville.
A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2015, in Greenlawn Cemetery with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating. There will be no calling hours.
