The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:

– Eldon J. Long III, 37, of state Route 327, Laurelville, pleaded not guilty to non-support of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for Jan. 15.

– Amanda D. Peyton, 29, of Tarlton Road, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to non-support of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for Jan. 15.

– Teela Zarbaugh, 30, of South Court Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to a violation of community control. A pretrial hearing is set for Jan. 15.

– Michael J. Bernard, 35, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to non-support of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for Jan. 15.

– Justin Blankenship, 29, of Waverly, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. His community control was extended to five years, and he was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail.

– Rusty L. Brown, 36, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to non-support of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for Jan. 15.

– Patrick T. Bryant III, 27, of Hamden, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He was sentenced to 60 days in the county jail, three years of community control and $10,022.24 in restitution.

– Serena M. Embry, 35, of Duvall Road, Ashville, pleaded guilty to violation of terms of intervention. She was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail.

– Alyssa M. Gloyd, 26, of East Street, Ashville, pleaded not guilty to petty theft and theft of a motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing is set for Jan. 15.

– Mark T. Hinkle Jr., 27, of Skyline Drive, South Bloomfield, pleaded guilty to possession of criminal tools and attempted theft of a motor vehicle. He was sentenced to nine months in state prison at Orient.

– Wesley L. Holbrook, 38, of Smith Hulse Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to 60 days in the county jail.

– Kyle Nuchols, 25, of state Route 104, Ashville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison at Orient.

– Michael T. Palm, 25, of state Route 104, Ashville, pleaded guilty to importuning. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Michael E. Colter, 39, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Hanley D. Davis, 24, of Watt Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Jeremy D. Harding, 38, of East Franklin Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to theft from the elderly. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Jason W. Holbrook, 30, of Cincinnati-Zanesville Road, Stoutsville, pleaded not guilty to two counts of burglary and two counts of theft. A pretrial hearing is set for Jan. 15.

– Robert P. Irvin, 31, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin and aggravated possession of drugs. He was sentenced to 24 months in state prison at Orient, a $5,000 fine and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– James A. Kuhn, 35, of Whitehall, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. He was sentenced to 10 months in state prison at Orient.

– Philip A. Reichelderfer, 33, of Sunset Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of cocaine. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison (suspended), a $2,500 fine, a six-month driver’s license suspension and three years of community control.

– Ralph G. Rose Jr., 43, of state Route 316 West, Orient, pleaded not guilty to theft and petty theft. A pretrial hearing is set for Jan. 15.

– Kathy A. Shull, 44, of East Mound Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of forgery. She was sentenced to 12 months in state prison (suspended) and three years of community control.

– Ernest J. Thomas, 57, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison (suspended) and three years of community control.

– Tayuan N. Arrington, 18, an inmate at the Circleville Juvenile Correctional Facility, pleaded not guilty to felonious assault. A pretrial hearing was held Dec. 11.

– Terry N. Byrd, 24, of Villa Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin and possession of cocaine. She was sentenced to three years of intervention and six months in a community-based correctional facility program.

– Ashley K. Dillen, 30, of Minford, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. She was sentenced to 24 months in state prison at Marysville, a $2,203 forfeiture and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– Michael S. Eversole, 27, of Lancaster, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin and possession of cocaine. He was sentenced to nine months in state prison (suspended) and three years of community control.

– Jason H. Johnson, 36, of Abernathy Avenue, Circleville, pleaded guilty to three counts of possession of cocaine. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Nelson G. Milliken Jr., 45, of Frankfort, pleaded guilty to failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Douglas A. Schaffner, 32, of Ringgold Southern Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to escape. He was sentenced to two years in state prison at Orient.

– Clinton R. Seaton, 24, of Lancaster, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to four years in state prison at Orient.
