The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:

– Christopher J. Alten, 56, of Huston Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison at Orient.

– Alex S. Boozer, 30, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to trafficking in cocaine. A pretrial hearing was held Dec. 11.

– Holly S. Casto-Lemay, 23, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted trafficking in heroin. She was sentenced to three years of intervention.

– Thomas L. Cook III, 34, of Portsmouth, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was sentenced to eight months in state prison at Orient.

– Tommy A. Craft Sr., 41, of Reynoldsburg, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Michael N. Farleigh III, 25, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

Mollie E. Gerber, 30, of Powell, pleaded guilty to improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle and possession of heroin. She was sentenced to 18 months in state prison (suspended), a six-month driver’s license suspension and 30 days in the county jail.

– Joshua R. Gray, 27, of Eva Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to theft. He was sentenced to three years of intervention.

– Kenneth H. Hardman, 40, of South Washington Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin and possession of cocaine. He was sentenced to 11 months in state prison at Orient and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– Rhonda C. Hardman, 43, of South Washington Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. She was sentenced to 11 months in state prison at Marysville and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– John F. Hill, 50, of South Scioto Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to three counts of possession of cocaine. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Brian M. Kitchen, 24, of Lancaster Pike, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. He was sentenced to 10 months in state prison at Orient and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– Shad N. Sammet, 22, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering and possession of criminal tools. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison (suspended), $1,124 in restitution, three years of community control and 30 days in the county jail.

Paul P. Schildhouse, 56, of Aurora, Illinois, pleaded not guilty to attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. A pretrial hearing was held Dec. 11.

– Bob C. Smith Jr., 49, of East Ohio Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail plus 30 days on a Scram monitor.

– Jeffrey Blankenship, 27, of Delaware, pleaded guilty to menacing by stalking. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison (suspended), three years of community control, completion of a halfway house program and GPS monitoring.

– John W. Blanton, 45, of Ashville Pike, Lockbourne, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Jacob C. Conner, 23, of Hayward Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to harassment by an inmate and forgery. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison at Orient.

– David A. Cornwell, 32, of Walnut Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to trafficking in heroin and trafficking in cocaine. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison at Orient and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– Ashley K. Duboe, 24, of Lancaster, pleaded not guilty to two counts of complicity to robbery and one count of complicity to theft. A pretrial hearing was held Dec. 11.

– Travis M. Faile, 31, of Duvall Road, Ashville, pleaded guilty to theft and forgery. He was sentenced to three years of intervention and six months in a community-based correctional facility program.

– Patricia Haney, 42, of Town Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to grand theft, theft and Medicaid eligibility fraud. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Eric Hoff, 51, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail.

– April L. Kuykendall, 33, of Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to trafficking in cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine and illegal conveyance of items into a jail. A pretrial hearing was held Nov. 13.

– Shawn D. Lamarr, 38, an inmate at the Pickaway Correctional Institution, pleaded guilty to assault. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison at Orient.

– John E. Mogan, 28, of Pataskala, pleaded not guilty to robbery and theft. A pretrial hearing was held Dec. 11.

– Danie’l S. Moody, 40, of Newark, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He was sentenced to nine months in state prison (suspended) and five years of community control.

– Rusti N. Neff, 29, of Logan Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to forgery. She was sentenced to three years of intervention and six months in a community-based correctional facility program.

– William S. Redman, 55, of Logan Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to resisting arrest and assault on a peace officer. A pretrial hearing was held Dec. 11.

– Curtis E. Smith, 55, of Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to trafficking in cocaine, possession of cocaine and complicity to possession of cocaine. A pretrial hearing was held Dec. 11.

– Kimberly F. Smith, 50, of Lawnwood Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. She was sentenced to five years in state prison at Marysville and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– Terra N. Smith, 39, of Middlefork Road, Laurelville, pleaded guilty to two counts of non-support of dependents. She was sentenced to three years of community control.

– Jvon L. Stapleton, 26, of Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to gross sexual imposition. A pretrial hearing was held Dec. 11.

– Pamela S. Swift, 45, of Lancaster, pleaded guilty to three counts of trafficking in cocaine and one count of trafficking in heroin. She was sentenced to 24 months in state prison at Marysville and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– Malcolm M.M. Turner, 24, of Frankfort, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
