October 20

– A resident on Egypt Pike south of Dick Road, Mt. Sterling, reported an unknown person stole a cell phone out of a vehicle.

October 21

– A resident in the 26400 block of Kime Holderman Road reported his dog was shot while in a field.

– A deputy responded to reports of a domestic dispute in the 10600 block of state Route 762. No charges were filed.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 2100 block of Chickasaw Drive, Circleville.

– A deputy responded with the Harrison Township and Scioto Township fire departments on a combine fire in the 16000 block of Florence Chapel Pike, Circleville.

October 22

– A caller reported an unknown person threw out a washer, dryer and dresser onto the road at St. Paul and Hoover roads.

– A resident in the 10600 block of Ashville Pike reported a suspect threw a microwave on her vehicle and punched her in the face and nose. A report was taken on assault and criminal damaging, and the investigation is continuing.

– An employee at Walmart reported a known suspect attempted to leave the store without paying for a trolling motor. Charges are pending.

– An employee at Walmart reported a known suspect stole items from the store, then returned them for credit. Charges are pending.

– Richard D. Greeno, 40, of Williamsport, was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 300 block of Central Street, Williamsport.

– A deputy responded to a domestic dispute in the 10000 block of Lockbourne Eastern Road, Ashville.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person on South Church Street, New Holland.

– A deputy performed a message delivery in the 9000 block of Boston Harbor Way, Orient.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a vehicle on state Route 138.

– A deputy responded to a domestic dispute in the 200 block of Crites Road, Circleville.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 100 block of South Main Street, New Holland.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 8000 block of Trimmer Road, Circleville.

– Judith Scott, 65, of Sandusky, advised she was traveling eastbound on Scioto Darby Road when a deer ran into the roadway and was struck. No injuries were reported.

– A 16-year-old female from Ashville advised she was attempting to make a left turn from U.S. Route 23 when she struck a vehicle driven by Catherine Jordan, 37, of Chillicothe. Subjects were treated for injuries.

October 23

– An employee at Pettit’s IGA Express, 308 E. Front St., New Holland, reported an unknown person broke into the store and took several items.

– An employee at Walmart reported an unknown male took several items and left the store without paying.

– A resident in the 5700 block of Boucher Drive, Orient, reported an unknown male came into his residence while he was home. The victim was cut with a knife on the left arm and right side, but no other information was available. A report was taken on aggravated burglary, and the investigation is continuing.

– A resident in the 15300 block of Blain Road, Mt. Sterling, reported an unknown person entered his garage and took several tools.

– A resident in the 10600 block of state Route 762 reported her husband had violated a temporary protection order. Charges are pending.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on juveniles in the 4800 block of Duvall Road, Ashville.

– A deputy responded to a domestic dispute in the 200 block of Crites Road, Circleville.

– A deputy responded with Tri-County Fire to a combine fire in the 1300 block of Guy Road, Orient.

– A deputy responded to an open burn in the 1300 block of Windsor Court, Circleville. The scene appeared to check OK with the Circleville Fire Department.

– A deputy responded to a neighbor dispute in the 6000 block of state Route 56 West, Circleville.

– Jonathan Nuss, 33, of Richmond, Indiana, was cited for failure to control when his vehicle went off the roadway on state Route 159 and struck a guardrail. No injuries were reported.

– Amanda Keck, 22, of Freemont, was cited for a red light violation and no insurance when she struck a vehicle driven by Amanda Overholt, 46, of Ashville, on U.S. Route 23.

– James Boyce, 46, of Belle, West Virginia, advised he was traveling northbound on U.S. Route 23 and began to change lanes when he struck a vehicle driven by Selina Davis, 29, of Chillicothe.

October 24

– A resident in the 6200 block of Cherokee Lane, Orient, reported an unknown person entered the residence and took a TV.

– Brandon L. Collins, 19, of Columbus, was arrested for OVI, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and marked lanes during a traffic stop on state Route 104 north of state Route 762.

– Paul Caudy, 50, of Darbyville, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a fight in the 16600 block of Main Street, Darbyville.

– A resident in the 2100 block of Chickasaw Drive, Circleville, reported an unknown person stole his dump trailer.

– A resident in the 19800 block of Woodview Drive reported she received a phone call stating she had won money and had to send money to cover the taxes before the winnings would be forwarded to her. A report was taken on theft from the elderly.

– Dane W. Russell, 55, of Laurelville, was arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication following a property damage accident at state Route 180 and state Route 56, Laurelville.

– Donald A. Kuhn, 46, of Circleville, was arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication following a domestic dispute in the 17200 block of Little Walnut Road.

– A deputy responded to a domestic dispute and reports of an unruly juvenile in the 13000 block of Gibson Road, Commercial Point.

– A deputy responded to a domestic dispute in the 17000 block of Little Walnut Road.

– A deputy responded to a domestic dispute in the 10600 block of state Route 762 East, Lockbourne.

– Jennifer Garcia, 22, of Circleville, advised she was exiting a curve on state Route 56 and slid on wet pavement, striking a tree. Subjects were treated for injuries.

– A 17-year-old female from Circleville, advised she was traveling westbound on state Route 752 and was unable to stop in time, striking a vehicle driven by Richard Bowe, 43, of South Bloomfield. No injuries were reported.

– Alexandra Hudson, 19, of Circleville, reported she was traveling southbound on Island Road when her right tires went off the roadway, causing her to lose control and strike a tree. Subjects were treated for injuries.

– Nicole Mosher, 28, of Circleville, advised she was traveling northbound on state Route 180 when she was unable to stop in time and struck a vehicle driven by Steven Broughton, 34, of Rockbridge. No injuries were reported.

– Lisa Wolfe, 34, of Columbus, advised she was traveling westbound on Yankeetown Pike when a deer entered the roadway and was struck. No injuries were reported.

October 25

– A deputy responded to reports of an unruly child in the 13300 block of Gibson Road, Ashville.

– A resident in the 13600 block of Gibson Road, Ashville, reported a license plate and validation was missing from a vehicle. The following day, the resident called back to report another validation sticker missing and another partially removed from other vehicles on the property.

– A resident in the 13700 block of U.S. Route 62, Mt. Sterling, reported he was driving on Route 62 and heard a loud pop. He later discovered the vehicle had been shot by a BB gun.

– A resident in the 4400 block of state Route 316 West reported his dog had been shot in the back of the neck.

– A deputy responded to a domestic dispute in the 13000 block of South Perry Road, Kingston.

– A deputy responded to a domestic dispute with telephone harassment in the 6000 block of state Route 56 East.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 28000 block of Jackson Road, Circleville.

– A deputy responded to a juvenile call in the 22000 block of Bolender Pontious Road, Circleville.

– A deputy responded to a domestic dispute in the 18000 block of state Route 104, Circleville.

– A deputy responded to an alarm activation in the 11000 block of state Route 56 West, Williamsport. The subject was found to be ill and transported by Mt. Sterling EMS to the hospital for treatment.

October 26

– A resident in the 100 block of Heffner Road, Kingston, reported someone entered his attached garage and took an ATV.

– A resident in the 17900 block of Commercial Point Road reported an unknown person used his credit card to make purchases.

– A resident in the 12300 block of Graham Drive, Orient, reported someone used his credit card to make purchases.

– A resident in the 9000 block of First Street, Orient, reported some pieces of his mail had been opened and left behind a garage.

– A resident in the 26400 block of Tarlton Adelphi Road, Tarlton, reported an unknown person entered her barn and took several items.

– A deputy responded to a domestic dispute in the 2000 block of Radcliffe Road, Circleville. Upon the deputy’s arrival, the subject left the residence without further incident.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 25000 block of Plummer Road, Williamsport. Contact was made with the subject involved, and there was no further incident.

– A deputy responded to an activated alarm in the 6000 block of Duvall Road, Ashville. Everything checked secure.

– Christopher Scott, 46, of South Portsmouth, Kentucky, advised he was traveling northbound on U.S. Route 23 when a bucket fell from a truck in front of him, causing him to strike it.

– Nechelle R. Gates was arrested for failure to appear on the original charge of driving under suspension.

– Stephen White was arrested for contempt of court for non-support of dependents.
