Pike County OH- SHERRIFF JAMES E. NELSON reports that on Wednesday, August 12 Corp. Cottrill arrested Roger D. Blythe, age 33 of Sugar Run Road, Piketon and charged him with pandering obscenities involving a minor. Blythe was lodged in the Butler County Jail and will have a case presented to the Pike County Grand Jury on Friday.
