Pickaway County Health Says No Confirmed Cases of COVID-19 in County

PICKAWAY – Online posts keep getting shared out there adding to some of the panic in the area and Public Health has posted something publicly to let Pickaway County individuals know that there are no current cases of COVID-19 in Pickaway County.



According to local sources there are people who are sick but they have either been tested to have had influenza A and B the regular common cold, or Hospitals and Doctors are telling people who have flu symptoms to isolate themselves as a precaution.

Test kids for COVID-19 have been difficult to obtain for most of the US at this time and there has been a shortage of test kids so doctors are only testing people who are most likely to have the virus, at of all of those tests no one has tested positive. There is not a drive thru testing at this time but may be one in the future, this was also a incorrect story.

COVID-19 is a very stressful time and is causing individuals daily lives to change. This change can be helpful to some, but can also come as a hinderance to others.
