When a couple returned home they found a man inside their home, a fight broke out and a man was arrested.
01:01AM Officers were dispatched to Walnut St on a report of an assault. Officers arrived on scene and made contact with the residents along with a male subject.
When the residents arrived home, they found Nathan Rahn inside and an altercation between him and the resident resulted. Officers arrested Nathan Rahn for Burglary and transported him to the Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail
