USA – A post on the menards website says that during COVID-19 crisis no one under 16 and no pets will be allowed in the store, not including service animals.

The company said that if you look under 16 they will ask for id. Menards also changed their hours to 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday.

These changes come after national news from Michigan Attorney General Danan Nessel sent a warning letter about price gouging during the coronavirus crisis.

“We are all working under a great deal of anxiety and stress and believe that in normal times this most likely would have never happened,” spokesman Jeff Abbott said.
