Linda L. (Walker) Waugh, 72, of Pickerington, formerly of Logan, passed away Thursday, November 26, 2020, at Altercare of Canal Winchester. She was born November 1, 1948, in Hocking County, daughter of the late Harold and Mabel Cook Hoffman.
Linda retired from Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, where she was a registered nurse for 45 years and was a member of Peace United Methodist Church in Pickerington. She was a 1966 graduate of Logan High School where she was a member of the Logan Marching Chieftains and was also a graduate of the Hocking College Nursing program.
She is survived by her son, Nathan H. (Tamara) Waugh; grandchildren, Sienna and Cole Waugh; sisters, Suellen (Steve) Rieder of Logan and H. Pamela Price of Logan and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Calvin Price, sister, Saundra Hoffman and her beloved dog, Samantha.
Funeral services will be held 12 p.m., Tuesday, December 1, 2020, in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, with Rev. Charlene Mitchell officiating. Interment will be in New Fairview Memorial Gardens, Rockbridge. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
