CIRCLEVILLE – On Monday, Foundations4Youth received a $497.73 donation from Circleville Middle School students to be put to use for the organization’s new youth center on Ohio Street.The funds were raised as the result of a “Change War” competition between grade levels where students brought in change for the opportunity to receive a pizza party organized by the Circleville Middle School student council and ABC Parent Club.
