Fairfield – Fairfield county releases top incidents in crime last week.
*Narcotics. 33/Gender Rd and Basil Western Rd. Deputy made several traffic stops that yielded in the seizure of drug paraphernalia.
*Bank Robbery, 120 N. Main St., Baltimore (People’s Bank) @ 1030 Hrs.: Bank employee reported a male subject entered the Bank and handed the teller a note demanding money. Suspect was described as: W/M, 5’8”, black mask, eyeglasses, black wig and beard, blue hoodie zip up jacket and gloves. Suspect left the Bank through front entrance onto N. Main St. Baltimore PD is handling all aspects of the investigation per their request.
*Vandalism, 6035 Gender Rd., Canal Winchester (Home Depot): Caller reported unknown person(s) punctured the tires to his vehicle.
*Accident, US-33/ Gender Rd, 2 car non injury.
*Stolen Property recovery, 8300 Meijer Dr, Bicycle found abandoned.
*Larceny, Valentine Rd, Phone report for stolen license plate.
*Stolen Property Recovery, Old Logan Rd, Lobby contact for a wallet that was found at this property, Wallet put in evidence for safe keeping.

*Deer accident, Carroll-Eastern Rd, Car vs deer.
*Larceny, Lynn Ave, Caller advised she had a store credit card stolen a few years ago and she began to get bills for the credit card.
July 1, 2020
*Investigate Complaint, Valentine Rd SW; Clearcreek Twp. – Caller located a six (6) year old male walking along the roadway in bedtime clothing and barefoot. The Deputy was able to locate the child’s residence and return the child.
*Vandalism, Stonecreek Dr. NW; Violet Twp. – Caller stated her tires were slashed on her vehicle overnight.
*Stolen Vehicle, Winter Rd SW; Amanda Twp. – Caller states her camper was stolen overnight; suspect vehicle was possibly a Silver Ford Ranger.

*Larceny, E. Park St.; Millersport – Caller stated two (2) customized birdhouse were stolen from her property.
*Accident, 2 Car MVA at 70 and 204.
*Larceny: 6647 Winchester Blvd.; Canal Winchester (Wal-Mart) – Two (2) subjects were charged with theft.
July 3, 2020
*Larceny, Coonpath Rd NW; Bloom Twp. – Caller reports unknown subject(s) “hacked” his checking/savings accounts and removed approximately $17,000.00.
*Burglary, Main St.; West Rushville – Caller reports that the side door of his residence was broken, and entry gained. The residence is under renovation. Did not appear items were removed.
*Larceny: 6647 Winchester Blvd.; Canal Winchester (Wal-Mart) – Units responded to report of theft. Units detained two (2) females.
*Information Report (Identity Theft); Glenwood Av. NW; Violet Twp. – Caller reported her identity had been compromised.
*Theft at Boving Rd. Victim fell for scam.
*Trespassing, CW Walmart. Summons issued for trespassing.
*Accident, Two car MVA at the Old Town Tavern on Winchester Rd.
*Theft at Kroger’s at 7833 Refugee Rd. Victim advised someone broke into her vehicle and stole items while she was working.
*Drowning at Poplar Creek Rd. Units responded along with medics on an unconscious male in the water. Medics responded to the hospital with male. Patrol units processed the scene and consulted with Det. Bureau.
July 5, 2020
*Narcotics, Bowen Rd Speedway. Subject was found passed out in the driver’s seat of his vehicle. Upon search of the vehicle a large amount of cash and narcotics were found along with a handgun in the vehicle. The subject was arrested and taken to Franklin County Jail.
*Traffic Stop-Lancaster-Circle Rd at Mt. Zion rd. Female arrested for DOC and vehicle was towed.
*Accident, Injury crash-Wyandotte Rd/Sixteenth Rd.
*Pickaway County Deputies were in a pursuit when the suspect vehicle crashed inside of our county. We were assigned with completing a crash report. (We were not involved in the pursuit).
*Vehicle fire- Eckart Rd.
*Hit skip, Winchester Blvd., a hit skip in parking lot of planet fitness.
*Accident, US-33/Logan Lancaster Rd, 2 car ACDA.
*Narcotics, Stringtown Rd, Caller advised he located a spoon and a bunch of syringes along the roadway. Items taken and sent for destruction.
*Units also assisted OSP on a fatal motorcycle accident on US-33 in front of The Flight of the Hawk.
