Fairfield – Week in Review – Top Incidents
April 6, 2020
*Non-injury accident, Baltimore-Somerset Rd. One vehicle rollover with no injuries.
*Burglary- 501 W Waterloo St (Sunoco). Caller stated that the alarm system was going off to the business and that two males were seen running from the business carrying items. The caller witnessed the subjects run through the condos and get into a truck or SUV that was parked in front of the club house. The vehicle then left the area. Forced entry was made to the front door.



*Structure Fire, Julian Rd SW; Madison Twp., Caller reported her home was on fire while she was not there. Fire Investigator was requested.
*Burglary Not-in progress, Elder Rd NE; Pleasant Twp.: Caller reported a suspicious vehicle in her driveway. Upon arrival units were able to determine the suspect on the property was related to a stolen vehicle from LPD. Suspect arrested.
*Trespassers, Market St, Female suspect walked up to this lot and was seen on camera. She has previously been trespassed from this lot.
April 7, 2020
*Vandalism, Rainbow Dr., Caller states a maroon Pontiac Grand drove over his mailbox.
*Vandalism, Logan-Lancaster Rd., Caller states damage done to a door that leads into the building.
April 8, 2020
*Theft, Optimara Dr., Caller states his identity was taken.
*Stolen Vehicle, Old Logan Rd., Caller states his 1975 Coachman Camper was taken from the property within the last 3 days.
*Theft, Prentiss School Dr., Caller states an air compressor was taken from the back of a work truck.
*B+E, Gender Rd., Caller states all of the job trailers were broken into and items taken.
April 9, 2020
*Auto Accident, Oil Mill Rd. @ Meister Rd., Caller states a semi-tractor/trailer that went into a ditch. Meister Rd was shut down for approximately 5hrs during the removal of the semi.
*Burglary, Waterloo St., Caller states when he arrived at the listed address, the gates were open, and several machines had been taken.
*Trespasser, Coonpath Rd. NW. Radio received reports of a female under the influence of drugs going through people’s vehicles and trying to gain entry to residences. Female arrested and transported to jail.
*We received a call from the Tarlton Dollar General. Two employees were in the building after close and thought someone was trying to gain entry. They reported loud “booms” in the building. Once units arrived it was determined the building lost power due to a transformer popping and causing the alarm to have issues.
April 10, 2020
*Burglary, Cattail Rd., Caller states entry was made, and items taken.
*Theft at Kroger’s CW. Someone went to get groceries and when they returned to their vehicle discovered their window broken and items missing from the vehicle.
*Threats at the Family Dollar in Amanda. Manager advised they had a female and male stealing Tide pods and concealing them in the female’s purse. When manager confronted them, they advised her to back off or they would hit her with a hammer. Subjects left store. They advised these suspects did the same thing at a Family Dollar in PCSO jurisdiction last night.
April 11, 2020
*Theft at Walmart. Suspect issued summons.
*Theft of Firearm. Caller reported he either lost or had his weapon stolen in the area of Col. Estates.
April 12, 2020
*Information report, High St. CW., The caller had found a cell phone at the intersection of Tow path and Washington St. The cell phone was collected, and a report was generated, documenting the incident.
