Week in Review – Top Incidents
Dec. 30, 2019
*OVI, ATL/US33 and Pickerington Rd. resulted in an OVI arrest
*Threats, Winnebago lane- a male subject, who was driving a garbage truck, threatened Hide-a-way Hills staff members.
*Burglary, Shalemar Dr., Caller advised several items take from the residence.
*Property damage accident, Refugee Rd. and Harmon Rd.

Dec. 31, 2019
*Information Report, Wal-Mart Canal Winchester, Caller thought their vehicle was stolen but it was learned that the vehicle was towed at the request of Wal-Mart.
*Assault, S. High St. CW, Multiple subjects engaged in a fight.
*Vandalism, Clearport Rd., Caller stated his field was damaged.
*Vandalism, W. Bowling Green Ln., Caller stated their back window of the vehicle was smashed out.
*Theft, 6154 Gender Rd., Caller stated two teenaged black males entered the store and stole two apple iPhones.

Jan. 2, 2020
*Vandalism, E. Marietta St., Caller states someone vandalized their water wells.
*Shooting, Alspach Rd. Male called 911 to advise that he was unloading his weapon and had an accidental discharge. Male suffered a gunshot wound to his leg and was transported by medic to the hospital. Scene secured and Det. Bureau responded to the scene for the investigation.

Jan. 3, 2020
*Criminal Damaging, Carroll Eastern Rd., An unknown suspect set the mailbox on fire at this residence.
*Theft, Lancaster-Kirkersville Rd., Caller states his trash cans were stolen.
*Bad Checks, Gender Rd., Caller states a female entered the store and tried to pass a counterfeit $100 bill. Stated female grabbed the bill and ran out of the store.

Jan. 5, 2020
*Traffic Stop, Quarry and Duffy Rd., Deputy initiated a traffic stop on a truck pulling a trailer for a license plate light out. Two of the individuals in the truck had warrants for their arrest. The female in the truck, was found to have narcotics on her. Upon searching the vehicle, drug paraphernalia was found along with what is believed to be Meth and Heroin. All were arrested and transported to jail.
*Drug Paraphernalia, Old Town Tavern. Call came in as a male sitting in his vehicle half naked. Once units arrived, they found the male who appeared to be under the influence of an illegal substance. Deputies witnessed paraphernalia in plain view. The male was placed under arrest and transported to jail.
*Theft-33/ Coonpath Rd. While patrolling the area, a Deputy came upon a suspicious vehicle stopped in the middle of the roadway with its door open. When the Deputy turned around to get behind the vehicle, it sped off. The Deputy was able to find the vehicle at the gas station and made contact with the driver. Report generated for suspicious activity and the individual possibly stealing firewood.
*Theft- 6647 Winchester Blvd.(Walmart) female subject was released on a summons
*Identity Theft, Creekwood Pl.
