Ed Anderson, 75, of South Bloomingville passed away on January 22, 2018. He was born on March 5, 1942 in South Bloomingville to Howard and Mary (Bone) Anderson. He was a good father, avid gunsmith, loved taking grandkids rides on the 4 wheeler, loved deer and fox hunting, hunting mushrooms and gingseng. Ed was a master gunner and tank operator in the Army. Ed was preceded in death by his wife (Sis) Ella Louise (Kline) Anderson, his mother Mary (Bone) Davis, father (Redberry) Howard Anderson, sister Ruby Fast, brother Fred Anderson and brother Joe Davis. Ed is survived by children Buck (Teresa) Anderson, Sally (Gary) Carpenter, Lori (Shawn) Hammack, grandchildren Candi Hines, Mary Warthman, Jenny Brickles, Daniel Carpenter, Holly Carpenter, Immanuel Davis, Isaac Davis, Sydney Hammack, 9 great grandkids, brothers Jack Davis, Jeff, John, Bill, Rich, Dave Anderson, sister Cleona Willard and including the Kline family. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 26, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville with Rev. John Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
