Paul L. Beane, age 19, of 3798 S.R. 752, Ashville, OH, was charged with Theft, and Burglary. They pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial was set for 11/17/2017.

Jason R. Bush, age 39, of 533 S. Columbus St., Lancaster, OH, was charged with Nonsupport of Dependents (x3). They pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial was set for 11/17/2017.

Christina L. Butterbaugh, age 32, of 287 Market St., Richmond, OH, was charged with Attempted Possession of Heroin. They pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 6 months at a Community-Based Correctional Facility.

Dustin Case, age 36, of 1579 S.R. 207, Mt. Sterling, OH, was charged with Violation of Probation – Nonsupport of Dependents. They pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 30 days in county jail.

David A. Cornwell, age 34, of 381 Walnut St., Circleville, OH, was charged with Nonsupport of Dependents (x3). They pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial was set for 11/17/2017.

Jonathan U. Davis, age 29, of 220 Lewis Rd., Circleville, OH, was charged with Attempted Aggravated Possession of Drugs, and Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence. They pleaded guilty and was sentenced to pre-sentence investigation was ordered.

William A. Husk, age 20, of Circleville Juvenile Correctional Facility, was charged with Assault on a Department of Youth Services Employee. They pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 18 months in prison.

Zachariah J. Jeffers, age 29, of 3277 Ragged Ridge Rd., Frankfort, OH, was charged with Possession of Heroin. They pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 6 months at a Community-Based Correctional Facility.

Brian D. Speakman, age 50, of 26423 Tarlton Adelphi Rd., Laurelville, OH, was charged with Possession of Drugs. They pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 90 days at STAR relapse Community Based Correctional Facility program.

Raheem C. Willoughby, age 25, of 10610 Ashville Pike, Lot #31, Lockbourne, OH, was charged with Forgery, Receiving Stolen Property. They pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial was set for 11/17/2017.

  1. I enjoy reading the SciotoPost! However, the grammar issue in this article really bothers me:
    The grammar issue needs to be addressed:
    He was arrested
    He was was sentenced
    BUT
    if THEY pleaded guilty, THEY were sentenced (or They pleaded and were sentenced – not was sentenced!!!!) They was sentenced is not grammatically correct and looks very unprofessional.
