Clark G. Fout, 50, of 1690 Pontious Rd., Circleville, OH, was charged with Driving While Under the Influence. A plea of guilty was entered, and a pre-sentence investigation was ordered

Kyle M. Johnston, 35, of 121 S. Scioto St., Apt. D, Circleville, OH, was charged with Forgery, Receiving Stolen Property. A plea of not guilty was entered. A pretrial was set for 3/9/2018

Adam D. Kemp, 32, of 5026 West St., South Bloomfield, OH, was charged with Violation of Community Control. A plea of guilty was entered, and a sentence of Continue with Intensive Supervision Program.

Amanda D. Peyton, 31, of 221 Tarlton Rd., Circleville, OH, was charged with Violation of Community Control, Nonsupport of Dependents. A plea of guilty was entered, and a sentence of 6 months at STAR CBCF, then complete Intensive Supervision Program

Orlando J. Pierce, 49, of 229 Dayton Ave., Sidney, OH, was charged with Nonsupport of Dependents (x4). A plea of guilty was entered, and a sentence of 36 months in prison was issued

Peter M. Plavsity, 45, of 50 South Main St., New Holland, OH, was charged with Escape. A plea of guilty was entered, and a sentence of 12 months in prison was issued

Shannon Renee Walker, 44, of 4744 Glencross Court, Grove City, OH, was charged with Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence. A plea of guilty was entered, and a pre-sentence investigation was ordered
