CIRCLEVILLE – Police are warning of a recent upswing in theft and vandalism to seasonal property lately in the area and are asking people who have noticed things to please report them immediately.
Earlier this week we reported a couple of kids who grabbed several pumpkins from a home and smashed them. Also that night decorations were moved and take from homes and placed by other homes.
