PICKAWAY – Beginning on Monday, May 11, 2020 face coverings and health screening questions will be required for all persons entering the Circleville Municipal Court Complex. The Administrative Order, issued by Judge Elisa Peters in response to directives from the Ohio Supreme Court and Governor Mike DeWine, also sets forth social distancing guidelines and frequent cleaning and sanitizing requirements for common areas and high contact surfaces in the building.

Judge Peters stressed that the Order applies to litigants, witnesses, attorneys, law enforcement officers, the general public and court employees, including the judge and magistrate. “The Court takes public health and safety seriously and to that end has implemented aggressive policies to prevent the risk of infection to protect the citizens of this community. I appreciate the cooperation of all individuals and agencies in carrying out this Order.”
