CIRCLEVILLE – With the amount of businesses that have closed during the first sweep of orders from Dewines stay-at-home orders and the individuals business decisions on how to operated during a pandemic event have caused closures to a lot of businesses in the downtown area. Even businesses that have been deemed, “essential” have closed. To follow up the Downtown Business Association released a compiled list of downtown companies still operating in limited fashions during the pandemic.
