CHILLICOTHE – Chillicothe Halloween festival has voted on the 2020 season and have decided to forgo the October festival. They have released the following statement.
As a community and family festival, our Board of Directors take safety very seriously. The Board met last night and decided that for the safety of families and the community along with our vendors and volunteers it would be best to cancel the 2020 festival. This decision was not taken lightly and many factors came in to play. With the uncertainty of the pandemic along with restrictions, it was unknown what the situation would be in a couple of months to be able to provide a safe and quality festival. We hope you can understand this difficult decision and we look forward to bringing you a great festival in 2021. Vendors will be contacted directly.
